Dr. Ramlal was born in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. She developed a love for animals at a young age and began volunteering at veterinary clinics and animal shelters, where her passion for veterinary medicine continued to grow.
She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed her clinical training at Louisiana State University. Her professional interests include internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ramlal enjoys hiking, gardening, baking, painting, visiting family, and spending time with her dog, Leo, and her cat, Summer.
