"Staff is knowledgeable & very caring! Explained everything to us & my granddaughter's 10 yr old dog Nana wasn't afraid of anyone there & walked over to them on her own wagging her tail & they appeared to reciprocate the affection with rubs & smiles! I've never seen a critter that likes to be at the vet. Dogs or cats, they shiver & usually have their tails tucked between their legs & try to always go for the exit!"
